Details of Risk
Ways to minimise risk
Person(s) Responsible
Tripping on any loose wires.

The lights are likely to require wires rather than being battery powered, so there is a danger of tripped on them.

Taping the wires to the floor, preferably with a brightly coloured tape to warn people.

Damage to Filming/Lighting Equipment.
The filming and lighting equipment is expensive and at risk of being damaged.

Checking the Equipment regularly and not allowing anybody to touch it without my permission.
Ciaran
Lights being left on.

The lights will be used quite frequently, and may cause them to become very hot. If someone were to touch them they may get burned, as well as their being the risk of a fire hazard.

Warn people that the lights can get very hot, and always turn off the lights when they’re not in use.

A certain persons medical condition.
The cast and crew may suffer from medical conditions, i.e. asthma, diabetes etc.
Make sure that anybody with a medical condition has sufficient medication, and knows how to take it.
